CACHY’S URBAN — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At CACHY’S URBAN, every order is prepared specifically for you through our print-on-demand production process. We want you to be happy with your order and we will always deal fairly with any problem.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims for packages considered lost in transit should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

SIZE, COLOUR AND CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Where permitted by applicable law, we do not offer exchanges or refunds solely because the customer selected the wrong size or colour.

If the item you receive is different from the size, colour or product you actually ordered, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.

CHANGE OF MIND AND CANCELLATIONS

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Where you have a legal right to cancel an online purchase, CACHY’S URBAN will honour that right in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Certain personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide the correct instructions.

RETURNS

Do not send products back to the address shown on the original package without contacting us first.

If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions after reviewing your request. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
